Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our headquarters in Sugar Land, TX. This role is critical to support our Outside Sales team, ensuring seamless customer service, order processing, and coordination across departments.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and communicates effectively through sales, operations, and client channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Outside Sales team with quoting, order entry, lead tracking, and customer follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients and introduce higher-tier products or solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records and pipelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Assist with proposal preparation, federal forms, and bid documentation as needed.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for demos, trade shows, and events.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns, shipments, and client communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a sales support, inside sales, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government or defense-related sales.
- Familiarity with federal procurement or logistics.
- Team-first attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or B2B.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel anywhere in the US.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
