DetectaChem, LLC. ("DetectaChem") offers you, the original purchaser who has purchased the enclosed subscriber unit ("Product") only from an authorized agent in the United States, a standard warranty that the Product, including accessories in the Product's package, will be free from defects in material or workmanship as follows:

A. ONE (1) YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY: For a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, DetectaChem will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective Product (with new or rebuilt parts/replacements). There will be a twenty-four (48) hour replacement program wherever possible in with a similar or upgraded unit which will be shipped and the non-functioning unit will be returned. For all other returns/replacements there will be a time period of three (3) working days in the continental United States and 1 week for International shipments. This warranty will not cover any intentional damage inflicted upon the Product. Also included in this warranty is twenty-four (24) hour tech support, downloadable firmware upgrades.

B. EXTENDED WARRANTY: For a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase DetectaChem will replace the Product in a one-time no fault replacement. DetectaChem will also provide any service or firmware upgrades for the Product.
