Mark A. KisnerChief Executive Officer
Mr. Kisner has over 30 years of manufacturing and product
management experience in the electronics industry. With 19
years of experience at Texas Instruments (TI), his responsibilities
included product design, engineering, sales, marketing, systems and
financial P&L for a $200M business segment. In 1996 Mr. Kisner
propelled his career forward by acquiring Alpha Circuits, a small
EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) company. Mr. Kisner grew
the company from $2M in annual revenue to over $34M in 2008 when he
sold the business to another EMS company. Mr. Kisner
graduated from Kansas State University with a BSEE degree.
Craig T. StewartChairman & Advisor
Mr. Stewart is the Founder and Principal of North Coast
Advisors, Inc. which is a research based corporate finance and
corporate development consulting practice.
With more than 28 years of experience in the financial markets
Mr. Stewart has worked with both private and public companies to
help them refine and execute their business plan, manage their
growth and obtain funding.
Mr. Stewart has material experience in entertainment, consumer
product companies, specialty retail, life sciences and software
related businesses. Through his family office fund Mr. Stewart is
an active investor in the Houston Angel Network, where he maintains
and over see's investments in seven private technology
Companies.
Travis R. KisnerDirector of Engineering
Mr. Kisner is experienced in multiple facets of Product
Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing. Prior to DetectaChem,
Mr. Kisner worked with National Instruments, a leading Test and
Measurement Company and TS3. While at TS3, Mr. Kisner was
responsible for the manufacturing and procurement of the
DetectaChem Seeker. During his tenure at TS3, Mr. Kisner served as
a Business Development Manager, where he was directly responsible
for $11 million of annual sales for the company. Mr. Kisner holds a
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University
of Texas, Austin.
Chris CataniaSales and Marketing
Mr. Catania has over 10 years of retail and customer service
experience in the durable goods industry. Prior to
detectachem Mr. Catania was responsible for annual sales of over
$75 million for a privately held retail corporation. Mr.
Catania holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The
University of Texas Austin McCombs School of Business as well as a
Master of Business Administration from The University of Houston
C.T. Bauer College of Business with concentrations including Energy
Investment Analysis, Energy Finance, Corporate Finance, Marketing
